Prevention:
1. Don't smoke
2. Have your blood cholesterol levels checked regularly
3. Get regular medical check ups
4. Control your blood pressure
5. Exercise regularly
6. Maintain a healthy weight
7. Manage stress
8. Eat a heart-healthy diet
