Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado and Mistress Scandal Video Surfaced

Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado and Mistress Scandal Video Surfaced

Who is telling the truth? Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado who expressed concern for his missing wife? Or his wife Josefina, who now fears for her life?

Photos showing Camarines Norte Gov. Edgardo Tallado kissing a 24-year-old naked woman, allegedly his mistress, have surfaced online.

Tallado's wife, Josefina, earlier left him because she is afraid her husband might kill her
because he accused her of posting a naked picture of his mistress on Facebook. During the confrontation, she said her husband was hiding a gun tucked behind him.

In an exclusive interview on ABS-CBN's Umagang Kay Ganda, Josefina said she had long known about her husband's infidelity but had endured it.

"Ang nangyari po nun nung Miyerkules na kinonfront niya ako, may baril po akong nakita sa likuran niya. Yun yung alam kong anytime baka patayin niya ako," she said.

"Noon ko lang nakita ang ganung mukha at ganung galit sa kanyang mukha," she added.

She said she was also shocked when an unknown person came to her bedroom last week.

Atty. Lorna Kapunan, Tallado's lawyer, said the governor destroyed his wife's laptop using the gun.

"She's never seen this in the husband. Ang picture kasi napaka-compromising. Yung mistress nakahubad at masturbating. Matindi yun. Napahiya si Governor at napahiya yung mistress kaya siya ang napagbintangan."

Darlene Francisco, Tallado's friend, said she saw the photo but denied uploading it.

Josefina said the naked woman is the governor's alleged 24-year-old mistress.

"Siya po yung bagong kinalolokohan ni governor," she said.

Josefina also said she discovered a sex video of her husband and his alleged mistress.

"Nakita ko pero wala akong hawak. Meron silang sex video ng asawa ko. At mga pictures nila together. Siguro yun ang talagang ikinagagalit niya sa akin," she said.

The governor's wife said she was shocked by how her husband angrily reacted, making her fear for her life.

"She had 3 cellphones, kinonfiscate ang cellphone nya, ang iPad niya, lahat. Sinira yung internet, iyung kanyang laptop ay sinira gamit ang baril para wasakin, mga ganyan. Kaya siya natatakot because she never seen this in the husband," Kapunan said.

Governor Tallado has denied his wife's allegations.

Typhoon Ompong (Vongfong) Becomes Super Typhoon, PAGASA Announced

Source: PAGASA, interaksyon.com

Typhoon "Ompong" (International name: Vongfong) strengthened further after entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and has become a "super typhoon," according to the Hawaii-based weather bureau Joint Typhoon Warning Center.

Though Ompong has gained strength, it is still too far from land for it to directly affect the weather in the country.

According to the 11 p.m. bulletin of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), Ompong was last tracked at 1,270 kilometers east of Tuguegarao City with maximum winds of 215 kilometers per hour and gustiness reaching up to 250 kph. It is forecast to move west northwest at 17 kph.

If Ompong doesn't change course and speed, it will remain far from land until it exits the PAR on Saturday.

Though it is not expected to make landfall, it will bring big waves to several coastal areas.

"[Ompong] is expected to enhance the northeasterly winds which will result to rough to very rough sea conditions over the seaboards of Northern Luzon and the eastern seaboard of Central and Southern Luzon," Pagasa said.

Pagasa issued gale warnings over Batanes, Calayan and Babuyan Group of Islands, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Camarines Provinces, Catanduanes, eastern seaboard of Albay, Sorsogon, and Quezon including Polillo Island.

Fishermen and those with small seacraft are warned not to venture out into the sea because waves of as high as 3.5 to 4.5 meters may be encountered.

At 2 a.m., Pagasa issued a rainfall advisory over parts of the Zamboanga Peninsula, Bukidnon, Davao Oriental, Davao del Sur, Agusan del Sur, Surigao del Norte, Cotabato City, North Cotabato, South Cotabato, Sultan Kudarat, Basilan, Maguindanao, Lanao del Sur, Tawi-Tawi and Sulu.

Residents in these areas are advised of possible landslides or flashfloods because light to moderate rainshowers lasting from two to three hours may fall.

Set to debut in the US on July 1, 2016, Angry Birds is directed by Fergal Reilly and Clay Kaytis, produced by John Cohen and Catherine Winder, and executive produced by Mikael Hed and David Maisel. The film is written by Jon Vitti. The film, which will be distributed globally by Sony Pictures, is produced by Rovio, and the Academy Award®-winning visual effects and animation company Sony Pictures Imageworks, headquartered in Vancouver, B.C., is the animation facility for the production.

Emmanuel Comendador and Ruffa Sorongon Top 38th National MILO Marathon Tagbilaran Race

TAGBILARAN City, Philippines – Up-and-coming runners Emmanuel Comendador and Ruffa Sorongon outpaced their fiercest rivals and clinched the top spots in the 21K events at the twelfth qualifying race of the National MILO Marathon held in Tagbilaran, Bohol on Sunday. About 4,000 runners joined the nation’s biggest and most prestigious race, and 30 runners secured their qualifying slots for the National Finals slated on December 7 in the Mall of Asia grounds, Manila.

Comendador and Sorongon each received a prize of P10,000 in cash, a trophy, as well as a coveted slot to the National Finals on December 7, for a chance to compete for the MILO Marathon King and Queen title. MILO will send this year’s King and Queen to Japan on an all-expense paid trip to the 2015 Tokyo Marathon.

Expertly navigating the route and using the good weather to his advantage, Comendador finished first place ahead of his rivals, posting a time of 01:16:00. Elmer Bartolo (01:17:00) and Azlan Pagay (01:17:00) followed in at second and third place, respectively.*

It was only Comendador’s second time to join the 21K event, but the 25-year-old Tagbilaran native, a Marine Engineering student of the Philippine Marine Institute, showed his capabilities and tasted sweet victory. “I wasn’t really ready because of a series of unfortunate events. Last Friday, as I was on my way to school, my motorbike got hit and I was ill with fever,” shared Comendador. “I wasn’t really planning to join the marathon but my coach Jojo Posadas encouraged me to do so. I’m grateful that he pushed me to join and I will ask him to help me prepare for the National Finals.

In the distaff side, Ruffa Sorsogon dominated the event, finishing ahead of her rivals by an impressive 16 minutes. Sorsogon posted a time of 01:33:48, well ahead of second placer Jennifer Sabella (01:49:08) and third placer Rhodora Oporto (01:50:06).*

The 23-year-old, hailing from South Cotabato, has been running in the MILO marathon for three years, and has qualified in last year’s National Finals. “My older brother, Kuya Sherwin, is the one who trains me. He also qualified in the National Finals before. We trained for six weeks, with 1K runs for six days and continuously adding up distance until we were able to do 150K each week,” said Sorongon. “Kuya Sherwin said I need to train more for long distance running so I can build up my determination and endurance. Vitamins, rest, proper food are going to be vital in my preparations. And of course, continue praying for God’s guidance.

MILO Sports Marketing Manager Andrew Neri expressed his delight in the scenes that unfolded in the Tagbilaran leg of the National MILO Marathon. “We are very pleased to see the Boholano community come together in the MILO marathon, ready to race with big smiles and full hearts,” said Neri. “Even though Bohol still has a long way to go in their recovery from the 2013 earthquake, the resilience and courage exhibited by the Boholenos is truly admirable. We are happy to see the Boholano spirit on display at the race, and we at MILO salute them with great respect. They are the perfect example that Filipinos can rise up against any adversity that we are faced with.”

With the support of the Department of Education and the National MILO Marathon runners, MILO’s Help Gives Shoes advocacy will provide 16,000 underprivileged youth with brand new running shoes and reach the 50,000 mark this year. As MILO celebrates its 50th year, Help Give Shoes aims to make the donation to students in Yolanda-hit cities, particularly Tacloban, Ormoc, and Eastern Samar.
The qualifying race will head to Cebu on October 12 before picking up in Butuan (October 19), Cagayan De Oro (November 9), General Santos (November 16), and Davao (November 23). The National Finals will be held onDecember 7 at the SM Mall of Asia grounds in Pasay City.

The 38th National MILO Marathon is made possible by Timex, the Bayview Park Hotel Manila, ASICS, Lenovo, Manila Bulletin and Gatorade, along with endorsements from the Department of Education, Philippine Sports Commission and the Philippine Olympic Committee.

Jasmine Curtis-Smith Admits Relationship with Daniel Padilla

Jasmine Curtis-Smith, in an interview with ABS-CBN News' Gretchen Fullido, finally broke her silence on a so-called "audio scandal" (READ FULL DETAILS HERE) that has triggered speculation about her ties with "Bonifacio Ang Unang Pangulo" co-star Daniel Padilla, with whom she admittedly exchanged text messages recently.

According to the Kapatid young actress, the Kapamilya Teen King sent her a text message expressing his support and asking about the health of her father James Ernest who underwent surgery last September 15.

"During that time, I was going through a bit of a down moment, because I was scared something would happen to my dad. He was hospitalized. The people who were there saw how affected I was and how sad I was," she said.

"Daniel texted me to ask about my dad. All our conversations revolved around how my father was doing, kumusta 'yung operation niya. Iyon, that's where it ended. Really, everything revolved as if we were friends. I thought nothing else of it. Nothing was meant from the texts, aside from concern, because they saw how fragile I was regarding my dad and his health." she added.

Nearly a week later, the audio clip supposedly of Daniel's conversation with a number of friends went viral online. In the covertly recorded clip, a voice tagged as Daniel's seemed to express excitement about receiving a text message.

In the latter part of the 90-second clip, a voice is heard saying: "Wala na si Patrick. Wala nang mangugulo sa 'kin. Wala na 'yung tropa ni Sam."

This triggered speculation that the "Sam" being referred to in the supposed "scandal" was singer-actor Sam Concepcion, the current boyfriend of Jasmine.

"Well, when I heard the audio, I didn't assume it was me," Curtis-Smith said. "I didn't hear it properly, it was very muffled. So ano na lang... Parang, okay, 'People are thinking it's me.' Sige, kayo nalang bahala kasi ayoko din naman mag-assume bilang I saw everything as friendship lang naman ang na-insinuate ko."

"I mean, everyone has their own opinions," she added.

Asked for her reaction, Jasmine said she is more concerned that one of Daniel's companions may have secretly recorded their conversation to upload online.

"First and foremost, I guess the only way I'm affected is that I feel for both Kathryn and Daniel, because I understand how strong their love team is," she said.

"Of course, for Daniel, whoever he was opening up to or talking to, I'm sure it was someone that he trusted, so it kind of hurts, that this would come about," Jasmine added.

Jasmine also assured KathNiel fans that she has no intentions of getting in between the teen stars, who are rumored to be a couple.

"I don't want to interfere with his relationship with Kathryn, and I don't want to be labeled as anything else but a friend to both of them," she said. "I respect their relationship and I would never try to get in the way of it."

Big Band Crooner Richard Poon Serenades Thousands of Filipinos at the ‘Galing ng Filipino’ Festival in Tokyo, Japan

 TFC Press Release
The end of the summer season in Japan draws near but the sunny, festive mood continues as the Filipino community (Fil Comm) welcomed thousands to the 3rd installment of the biggest event in the country, the Philippine Festival in Ueno Park, Central Tokyo just recently, in partnership with premiere network The Filipino Channel (TFC).

The “Philippine Festival,” previously known as the “Barrio Fiesta sa Yokohama,” has been bringing the tradition of the Filipino fiesta to Japan since 2012 with the support of the Philippine Embassy headed by His Excellency Manuel Lopez, Ambassador of the Philippines to Japan.  Every year has become a showcase of the country’s cuisine, costumes and other elements of its culture.   This year, the fiesta supported by the Japan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) as well, honors the time-honored friendship between the country and the Philippines.

Galing ng Filipino, Ituloy Mo!

This year, media sponsor and staunch partner TFC also has a reason to celebrate as the network celebrates its 20th anniversary.  ABS-CBN Asia Pacific Managing Director Ailene Averion said that TFC’s celebration and the community’s festivities are intertwined.

In the recreation of the Philippines fiestas, the Fil Comm promotes the Filipino culture and talent.  This goal resonates with TFC’s own theme which pays tribute to the ‘Galing ng Filipino’ (Greatness of the Filipino).  TFC forges ahead with the ‘Greatness of the Filipino’ by sharing world-class talents which ABS-CBN TFC is known for, in events such as these.”

She adds, “But beyond the entertainment value, TFC’s role lies in how it helps Filipinos remain connected with pieces of home found in homegrown content and these kinds of events.”

For its anniversary offering for the Philippine Festival, TFC brought Big Band Crooner and ASAP Sessionista Richard Poon, much to the delight of Filipino fans.  Consistent with TFC’s anniversary theme “Galing ng Filipino, ituloy mo!” Poon showcased the world-class Filipino talent via his jazzy ensemble, including the well-applauded Rey Valera original “Kahit Maputi Na Ang Buhok Ko” which turned the crowd nostalgic.

After Poon’s performance, TFC treated the fans to a trivia game where two lucky Filipinas won Poon’s albums while others got the chance to see him up close and personal.  To give the other members of the audience a memorabilia of his performance, Poon indulged the Pinoys in a group ‘selfie,’ a trend whereby people take photos of themselves or their companions.

Filipinos' 'Pagiging Masiyahin' or Love for Fun Showcased

Meantime, true to the Filipino's love for fun or 'pagiging masiyahin,' community members recreated more elements of the fiesta via the cultural performances and colorful booths displaying both sumptuous cuisine and a sundry of goods.

TFC on the other hand, recreated the Pinoy sala (family living room), complete with veritable picture frames of Kapamilya stars, reminiscent of family pictures that adorn homes back in the homeland.  In TFC’s recreated sala, the team conducted a mini reality segment where attendees were asked to sit in and watch TFC shows and react naturally.  Mechelle Gumapac of Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture showed the best reaction and won a gift certificate and a smartphone.

From sights and sounds, the “Philippine Festival” in partnership with TFC, continues to honor the tradition that is the fiesta and the best there is in Philippine culture and talent.

Teen King Daniel Padilla involved in yet another showbiz scandal?

An audio clip featuring the conversation of three young men - one of them believed to be of Kapamilya's biggest teen star Daniel Padilla – swearing and poking fun of a certain Patrick and Sam and a girl's text message which somehow made him giggle is currently circulating online.

The audio which was allegedly taken secretly while Daniel and his cousin RJ Padilla and one unnamed guy were having a conversation. The voice that resembles Daniel’s talked about how he gets excited whenever he receives a text message from a girl which netizens speculate as Jasmine Curtis-Smith, the Teen King’s co-star in the MMFF movie “Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo.”

Listen carefully here:

One of the boys in the recording said: “Wala na si Patrick. Wala nang mangugulo sa ‘kin. Wala na ‘yung tropa ni Sam.” The name Sam served as an important clue for netizens to speculate that Daniel was talking about Sam Concepcion, the boyfriend of Jasmine Curtis-Smith.

While he initially denied the accusations saying, "Marami man ang naninira saakin.. Wala sakin yun. Gusto ko lang sabihin sa naninira sa akin na ituloy niyo lang iyan. Galingan ninyo," the young actor in his very recent interview admitted he was really the guy in the audio scandal.

Where is True Love?

This video, not only will make you cry, but could also make you realize that true love indeed exist. And sometimes, you need not to find it somewhere else, you don't have to go through a lot of pain and heartaches just to search of it. In most cases, love is just in front of you....

4 Stress Buster, Waist Slimming Foods

When you're stressed, you may start to hear the siren call of ice cream, French fries, and potato chips. But tempting as it may be to reach for these foods, there are better choices that will actually help relieve anxiety - and won't have a detrimental effect on your waistline. Here, Keri Gans, M.S., R.D., author of The Small Change Diet, shares her four go-to edible stress busters.

Avocados
Avocados are packed with B vitamins (proven stress-relievers), as well as monounsaturated fats and fiber, both of which help keep you full, says Gans. She recommends whipping up some homemade guacamole (but sticking to the suggested two-tablespoon serving size) and eating it with black bean chips. Alternatively, you could also just take half the fruit, add a squeeze of lime on top, and eat it with a spoon. Since avocado's so creamy, it can actually satisfy ice cream cravings, says Gans.

Chocolate Milk
In the mood for something sweet? Go for this childhood favorite. "Chocolate milk has potassium, which helps relieve muscle spasms if you're dealing with physical stressors," says Gans. Just make sure to stick with the low-fat version.

Oatmeal
This fiber-packed food will keep you full and give you an instant lift to overcome stress. "Oatmeal helps with the production of serotonin, which is the feel-good chemical in our bodies," says Gans. Use nonfat milk to make it (you'll get extra protein and calcium), and mix in almond butter for added fiber and protein.

Raspberries
Low-calorie fruit is a great, healthful way to get your sugar fix. Raspberries in particular are full of stress-busting antioxidants and immune system-boosting vitamin C. If you want a more substantial snack or breakfast, Gans suggests tossing the fruit in nonfat or low-fat Greek yogurt.
