Those Libras who went through the vigorous personal transformation and revaluation of their values last year, may take a little bit breath, but the others should take into account that there will be less power than in former times but more important solution demanding questions. Especially in the end of March and in April Libras will be suppressed because relationships, harmony and other nice social activities will be upstaged and everything will turn around work, goals and money. Little bit shinier will be in the beginning and middle of March, in the second half of June, in July and in the end of September.
