‘Shedding for the Wedding’ to Air Soon on Velvet

Another reality television show that will give a new life, new goal, and new body shape to its contestants – Shedding for the Wedding, will reach the Philippines through fun party channel Velvet.

Shedding for the Wedding is hosted by American TV actress Sara Rue who has burned unwanted calories away before her own wedding. Rue has lost 50 pounds since she began her gruesome workout for a fit and fab body. She aims to share this fulfillment to other brides in the reality show. “I want them to feel great in their wedding dresses, the same way as I did.”

Shedding for the Wedding follows nine overweight couples in their quest to lose weight and win the ultimate dream wedding. Rue will be joined by Brian Worley (Wedding Planner), Nicky Holender (Fitness Trainer), Jennifer Cohan (Fitness and Health Expert) and Ashley Koff (Dietitian).

Join these couple’s journey towards walking down the aisle. Workout begins this May 29, Tuesday at 10:00PM only on Velvet.
